Here attached is the email notifications VIM Fitness sent to Ms*** regarding her membershipThis was the email she provided VIM Fitness when she filled out the Membership Agreement form in which is a contract between her and VIMAlso attached is her Membership Agreement highlighting
the terms of the contract which clearly state a cancellation form must be filled out in order to cancel her membershipVIM requires no cancellation fee only that it is done days prior to the next renewal date, which we notified her days before this date for both years. We provide our members easy access to the cancellation forms by putting them on our website and at both of our locations utilizing the KIOSK systemWe have no paper contracts as she has stated to Management that she filled out originally, but clearly was not trueWe utilize computerized documents to protect both VIM and the member from this very issue that is being reported.We have approximately members and get cancellations and agreements daily so the process works very wellWe don't require certified mailed cancellations or any other obstacles that other gyms and fitness centers haveWe don't charge for cancelling which many other facilities also do to there membersIT IS VERY EASY TO CANCEL WITH VIM.Unfortunately this member never cancelled her membership per agreement and was charged the membership feesAlso attached is her cancellation form that went through today detailing again the exact terms of cancelling. I have contacted her regarding this matter and graciously offered this years dues back in the amount of $even though she was still under contractMs*** has accepted this refund

It should be noted that VIM Fitness has been acquired and is under new ownership as of July of I have had a chance to research this complaint as the new owner and, quite frankly, dispute 100% the assertions made by this complainantThere was NEVER a charge of over dollars in December of
Attached to this complaint is the print out of *** *** account showing no such chargeFurthermore it appears ***'s account was in decline status just after his enrollment with Vim Fitness that was repaid to VIM in early as you can see on the purchase historyAgain this complaint is baseless and supporting documentation is attached

Attached is a credit card processing on my account months after my account was closed for It was refunded and cleared up, but took almost a week to get anyone to respond to meI had billing issues in the past so it was very frustratingHopefully the new owner can fix the billing system they had. It should be noted that VIM Fitness has been acquired and is under new ownership as of July of 2016. I have had a chance to research this complaint as the new owner and, quite frankly, dispute 100% the assertions made by this complainant. There was NEVER a charge of over 400 dollars in December of...

2015. Attached to this complaint is the print out of [redacted] account showing no such charge. Furthermore it appears [redacted]'s account was in decline status just after his enrollment with Vim Fitness that was repaid to VIM in early 2015 as you can see on the purchase history. Again this complaint is baseless and supporting documentation is attached.
