Only the items on sale have SALE hang tags on them. The vendors that are not on sale do not have hang tags above the clothing.

Review: I placed an online order on August *, 2014 in the amount of $104.95 for various items for myself and my son who started school on August [redacted]. As of today August **, 2014 I have not received the items however the funds were taken from my account. I have contacted VIM' s on 4 different occasions spoke with four different employees( [redacted] and finally [redacted]) all have said the items will ship within a few days. Nothing has arrived!Desired Settlement: I would like my order delivered immediately and would also like a store credit for future use for my stress and inconvenience.
