Vimont and Wills

I have had very little contact with this customer because her nephew has been driving the car and she lives in another stateHe has been very happy with our service and has said soSo I do not understand what the problem is? However the vehicle was dropped off here for a check engine
light which we repaired by replacing the eve app canister, purge valve sensor and front exhaust pipeFront end shake which we repaired motor mount, and idler arm We replaced a window regulator and a caliper for the brakesAll of this was done same dayWe did have to order a tire and a window switch This was repaired on the second appointment also same dayAll repairs are done at this time We have gone out of our way to help this customer by holding her car on deposit an extra two weeks so that she would not lose her depositFurthermore we gave her a $credit when she picked up the vehicle for an expired deposit that was over a year old add belong to a family memberDeposits are not normally transferred from one person to anotherThis deposit was void and we still went out of our way to give her the creditfurthermore we do not Cover window regulators, or tires under warrantyWe did this as a courtesy with no charge There is a $deductible per repair as stated on her warranty contractWe waved this fee as wellWe bent over backwards to help this customer and I am extremely surprised that she would report us negatively on this siteI feel we could not have done more and request that she does not feel the sameHer nephew has bought several cars from us in the past and is a repeat customer because of that she has received family like treatmentI hope this answers any questions and all repairs are done and the warranty is up at this point so I suspect I will not hear about this again as we have done everything in our ability to make this customer happy
