If they would've had the right information, I wouldn't have purchased that vehicle. I trusted them because they said themselves they were reliable. However, there are 7 states which do not report to NMVTIS yet. They're Oregon, Kansas, Mississippi, Washington D.C., Vermont, Hawaii and Rhode Island, reason why NMVTIS was not able to generate those records.
 
When you enter a VIN on our site, it will tell if we have found records for your VIN or not. I checked your transaction and it shows no records found. I went ahead and refunded the payment, it may take 5 to 7 business days to appear on your statement.
