Hi ***,This is Andy, Operations Manager for VinAuditWe have already exchanged emails yesterday and I also sent you a new one earlier todayRight now, I would like to formally address your Revdex.com complaintFirst, please accept my apologies for any inconvenience that it may have causedAs mentioned on my previous email, VinAudit is a first-level provider for the National Motor Vehicle Title Information SystemWe have over four years of helping consumers buy safe used carsAs I have explained on our first exchange of emails, we are a member of a number of affiliate networks, sites like Commission Junction and ClickBank, where website publishers can sign up to promote VinAudit and receive a commission. It is unfortunate, that there are "bad affiliates" who are using deceiving methods to obtain sales and since February of this year, we've had a number of affiliates running this classified ads scamThey are contacting sellers on classifieds to promote their "affiliate link" -- which would be a violation of our policies (all forms of email marketing are prohibited). We have traced some of themWe terminated their account and disabled their "affiliate link"For example, the person who contacted you was asking you to buy the report from "usvinaudit.com"When you go there now, that page is no longer available and it will appear with a notification that they have been bannedLike what I have mentioned on my email to you earlier today, we do not encourage this "tactic" and in no way benefit from itWe already have a good history of helping consumers and we value our reputation more than anything. As for the proof that you are asking for, please see this page from the NMVTIS websiteThis is a list of official "NMVTIS Access Providers", we are among their approved data providers: http://www.vehiclehistory.gov/nmvtis_vehiclehistory.htmlI hope I was able to explain enough to give you our side of the storyLet me know if you have further questions, you can reach me on the phone number below my signature and you also know my email address (***@vinaudit.com)Have a great day ahead!Respectfully,Andy P [redacted] Operations ManagerVinAudit.com LLC***@vinaudit.com |+206-973-Main St #688, Kirkland, WA
