Hello*** *** ordered her cover in August. In our professional opinion after having installed *** *** covers for over years the location of the slide legs were not problematic and honestly did not require the added expense for her on a cut out. When our installers arrived she
called the manufacturer to discuss the cut out- not us- and they were put in a position of being asked to comment on a job they had not seenShe was insistent that the cutout be performed and agreed to the added expense of such and asked us to send it back in for the alteration. The timing however put her in the peak of their production season and took several weeks. On or about September 22, she called the store and said she wished to cancel. I explained that this was a custom order with the cutouts and could not be cancelled. I offered to put a temporary cover on her pool free of charge until such time that the custom cover came in but she simply hung up the phone on me. Her cover arrived a few days later and I called to request access to her property to install the cover but she will not respond. She has also filed complaints with the credit card company and agreed to arbitration in November 2014. We have the cover and are very anxious to install it for her and offered to forgo the unpaid installation charges as well as the alteration charges which add up to approximately *** Again we have had no response*** ***North Shore Pool & Spa?

[redacted] said he disputed and then they charged me back. then they told me I need a detailed letter, which I did then they credited me back. then he filed a dispute and he credit card took back the charge
