Dear Revdex.com, I contacted the Father of *** *** last night 12/11/and let him know what his son had done. There is many claims that are not true and are false. *** I will contact you later today to discuss over the phone.

After knowing the ***
family for nearly two decades I reached out to the owner of *** Custom Pools, *** ***, and contracting his company for the installation of a swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, driveway and fence replacementThe initial impression was one of trust and as if we were catching up on the passed years from the friendship I had with ***s son Keith, who passed away while I was serving in Afghanistan. The work was completed in what I assume was a reasonable amount time, however, the finished product was one that has caused a number of problems due to ***s lack of concern for the quality, integrity and honestyI have requested that Mr*** return to my property to correct the errors (and/or replace the substandard or incorrect equipment he installed) but Mr*** refuses to take ownership of the problems I have incurred as a direct result of the poor service he provided me with For example, below are a list of items that I have had to have corrected or examined and/or repaired by other companies: -Power to the toilet in the pools restroom-Fuses to the pool's equipment, especially the heating of the hot tub -Front gate opener -Fire pit -Heater equipment seals -Decorative water spray(On each side of the waterfall there is supposed to be spray acrossThe equipment does not provide enough PSI in order to achieve this) -Ventilation in the restroom When I made my initial complaint to the Revdex.com, *** called my father to complain. I am the sole owner of this home, I reside with my significant other; my father has nothing to do with these matters. I have requested that *** contact me directly but he refuses to do so. Finally, I do not wish to have Mr*** on my property to make these repairs as I have no confidence in his ability to provide quality work and feel a certain level of hostility from him that makes me fear having him at my home Attached for your consideration are copies of invoices from other companies that I had to enlist to help repair/replace the items in which I requested Mr*** address. Most of his questions are problems resulting in not having qualified service professionals to take care of his pool and spa.? Along with advice from anyone that choses to listen to him.? The young man suffers from PTSD from the years of serving our country.? Which I can't thank enough.? I reached out to his Dad after he posted this original complaint.? I advised him of what had taken placeHe said he would have his mother talk to him.? FYI, he posted this derogatory complaint the weekend his cat ran away.? This is what his dad told me? I fulfilled my warranty for year on the construction items that were in question.? I will give you a example about the his gate not functioning, his grass was over a 1ft tall and interfering with the gate closing properly.? His claims are totally off base.? I have pictures of the fire pit where the young man has it overflowing with ash from non maintenance on the homeowners part.? I would love to have my Hayward Manufacturer and warranty rep address his claim on the lowest quality equipment.? I am really busy this time of year and VCP strives hard in satisfying all their customers.? If need be please let me know if I need to get my attorney involved in the process.? ?
