In 2012, I purchased a foreclosed property in Suffolk County, NYI got several estimates for replacing the roof, new flooring downstairs, siding and windowsI reached out to V [redacted] Home Improvement as a referral from a friendMr V [redacted] was very pleasantHe walked us through what needed to be done right away and what could wait until we had secured more financesWe ended up using Mr V [redacted] for the roofThe fees were great, he came in under the others at 9,He recommended adding an awning with columns for a better aestheticThe recommendation only cost an extra $1K but it was well worth itThe house looked so different and the appearance from the street was a thousand times betterWhat a difference a little suggestion madeI am so pleased with the workHe finished on time as expectedThe crew was professional and the clean up was excellentSidebar: A few months later Super Storm Sandy hit our area hardAll my neighbors were left with roof damage but my roof was in tact with not a shingle out of placeYou can't go wrong with a good contractorI called him a year later to repair the downstairs flooring as I promised I would and again; an excellent job was doneI get compliments on my floors constantly especially since Mr V [redacted] offered to do a herringbone design in my wacloset and in my bedroom which looks fantasticI couldn't be happierWhat an amazing job and the level of professionalism is great!
