absolute no faith or trust in this company.after needing to have my furnace serviced and upon getting the bill I was charged for 1.50 hours labor and the tech was here under an hour.When I called to inquir and said I had proof of how long he was here Cindy told me they charge for driving time.I have never had this issue with Blouch or any other oil.company.When I challenged her about this she said everyone does this.So I called Leffler and Stover and NEITHER OF THOSE COMPAN IES said they charge the cusomer for driving time as part of labor.. So I am of the opinion not only did they over charge us but they definitely also lied to us. DONE
