For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Vince Has lied about the whole thing I have attached the text records for you to see. It proves he was coming to do a report for me and the cost for the repair report was $ 250 agreed by both parties.He came to my house on 07/14/2016 and did a walk through told me he would have the report done and get it to me next week. I said ok and can you do demo on the door entry to the cave he said it would be another $250 if he did that . I said ok.he was suppose to come back that day and do the demo and have the report all typed up. that’s what he told me. I told him I would give him the $500 than and he said “ I really would like to leave with something , My sons birthday is this weekend” So I gave him a check for $ 250 and on the check which I have attached it shows in the memo (for pool engineer & repair report jordana) my address. he accepted that because he cashed the check.On 07/19/2016 when he was suppose to come back as you can see from the text log he was stalling and not keeping his word.He admits on 07/19/2016 @3:06pmthat he is stuck and will finish the report and get me a copy . so it shows he is a bold face liar. He has stolen my money and I will sue him for more than the $250 if he does not pay up. And ruin his business reputation !I expect the $250 sent to mein 5 days.

On or about 7/12/was contacted by [redacted] at which point, he asked me if I could perform an inspection of his pool and hardscape work at his residencelet him know that would be in the Riverside area on 7/14/and could perform a visual inspection only of the work in question for a flat fee of $250.00, he agreed and the inspection was scheduled Upon arrival we walked the project, he pointed out various things he felt were deficiencies in the previous contractors workAll his points were marginal and in no way negligent work by the previous contractorAt this point he asked me if I could write a report of the issues he had pointed outonce again told him the issues were not faulty work, but more than likely a difference of opinion between him and his contractoralso told him could write a report for a fee of $ At which point he issued me a check in the amount of $for the visual inspection and told me he would "let me know" if he wanted to proceed and spend the extra money on a written reportA couple of days later he contacted me and told me to proceed with a written reportThen he called me back within the hour and asked if I could give him my resumeThen minutes later he called me back again and asked me to contact his lawyer before writing the report, so his attorney could "help" me with what to say on the report At this point became uncomfortable and kindly declined to speak with his attorneytold him could still write a report regarding his issues, for the agreed upon feeHowever, I would not speak to his attorney and that my report would be in my own words and of my own professional opinionHe then called and/or texted me over times in the next hrsreached my limit when [redacted] contacted me after pm and threatened to file complaints against me, if I didn't speak with his attorney I responded and let him know that I would no longer be available to write a report and to please never contact me againHe then texted me a message stating he would "file a complaint" with both the CSB and the Revdex.com if didn't refund his $250,which apparently is what he has doneI pray that the CSLB sees through complaints like this and closes this case immediately Please feel free to contact me with any questions

At which point he issued me a check in the amount of $250.00 for the visual inspection and told me he would "let me know" if he wanted to proceed and spend the extra money on a written report. A couple of days later he contacted me and told me to proceed with a written report. Then he called me back within the hour and asked if I could give him my resume. Then 20 minutes later he called me back again and asked me to contact his lawyer before writing the report, so his attorney could "help" me with what to say on the report.
At this point became uncomfortable and kindly declined to speak with his attorney. told him could still write a report regarding his issues, for the agreed upon fee. However, I would not speak to his attorney and that my report would be in my own words and of my own professional opinion. He then called and/or texted me over 10 times in the next 48 hrs. reached my limit when [redacted] contacted me after 10 pm and threatened to file complaints against me, if I didn't speak with his attorney.
I responded and let him know that I would no longer be available to write a report and to please never contact me again. He then texted me a message stating he would "file a complaint" with both the CSB and the Revdex.com if didn't refund his $250,00 which apparently is what he has done. I pray that the CSLB sees through complaints like this and closes this case immediately.
