The vehice was towed to my shopUpon inspection there was no spark plug wires, the computer connector was damaged and was not hooked up to computer, also all vac lines and pcv valve and grommet were damagedWith these items vhicle could not start and run, we replaced pcm computer
connector, installed spark plug wires, replaced pcv grommet and valve and reinstalled wiper assembly that the customer had removedVehicle started and brakes went to the floor as soon as vac was applied to brake boosterCustomer was notified and agreed to have booster replaced and map sensor codes was displaced by computerMap sensor was also replacedOnce customer arrived at repair center she was irate and did not want to pay for repairs she had approvedShe stated the brakes worked well before, we don't know how she knew this with the engine disabled hence no vacuum to brake boosterShe also spoke of four mechanics that stated we damaged the brake booster by starting the engine without all vac lines repairedAny ASE technician could tell you this is not true. The vacuum booster only has one vacuum line and it was in tactno repairs to the vacuum line were neededOur labor rate is per hour and has been for over a yearHaving the vehicle that is not running leaves alot to the unknownWe did get the engine running and it drove out of the shop.      Complaint number [redacted] is NOT been resolved I am sorry by I did not see an email in march with their response. in regarding that first part of stated from them was my vacuum lines were broken then to they were not. broken vacuum lines can cause a false look to the power brake booster to be faulty. along with the other repairs. the vacuum lines to all that was broken. yes we needed a new cover for the 32 pin connector which what was we asked for and with that broken the Durango would not start since it is connected to the ignition. we had to pay over $600 more to actually find out what was wrong on top of what Vincents charge. recently replaced parts were damage in there care so now is gonna cost a great deal more. and as of yet we still are without our vehicle. I will be pushing this issue thru all outlets to our means. I do not know who they had working on this vehicle but they had no idea and should not be allowed to touch our or anyone else vehicle EVER!!! nothing with this issue is resolved. please reopen this case. I can proved documentation on past repairs and new damages. this place should not be allowed to operated since they are in the business of ripping people off. if you have any questions please contact me [redacted] at ###-###-####  email [redacted] or Scott Schindler at [redacted]  [redacted]thank you so much

Regards,
