Vincenty Sanitation

Review: We ordered a 175.00 (with light & sink) port-a-potty from Vincety Sanitation in [redacted], Pa for an outdoor wedding. They delivered it on Friday 5/24/13 when we really only needed it for Sunday 5/26/13. We called them twice asking them to move it or take it back, stating that it was out by the road and no anywhere near the field where we needed it. We got no return phone calls at all. People would of had to get in their car and drive to this potty. Our wedding reception cleared out in an hour and a half due to the fact that we had no bathrooms, completely ruining our event. When I finally got to talk to someone at the company on Tuesday 5/28/2013, she stated that they still had not picked it up. (So they left their potty unattended out on the road for 5 days.)I explained that we had called and never gotten a return call from them and we deserved a refund because they did not live up to their part of our contract. We picked that company because they say in their ad they deliver to construction sites, because our event was in a field. They knew this coming out. The honest thing would of been to say no we cant handle that and we would of gladly found someone to do the job right. Well upon speaking to this woman at the company she said she would consider my information and get right back to me. Well after not getting a phone call from the company as promised I finally called again on Monday June 3, 2013. The same woman very rudely told me the potty was slightly used so that is still used and we were paying for it. I said that their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, no return phone calls from at least three calls made. They left the potty unattended along a country road, no where near my site for 5 days and then accused us of using it, anyone could of. All types of cars, two wheel drive vans, trucks, delivery vans and a street motorcycle made it to our location with no problems at all. But they said they were unable to get to our site???? Then they should of came back as we asked.Desired Settlement: A full refund for the price paid for the port-a-potty that was UNUSEABLE! We called them three times 5/24/2013 (Friday) to come get it if they were not going to deliver it properly. We got no call back....I finally got a hold of someone there on 5/28/13. I feel they avoided our calls to go ahead and say we used the potty to keep our money and ruin my big day. That is a VERY dishonest way to make a living. If you can not complete a task just say so and we would of looked else where :-(
