I parked at the Rorie Street parkade for several years but recently cancelled my account when they raised the rates three times in less than 2 years. I would not recommend this parkade nor this business to anyone. There are 2 card key systems needed to access the lot and the stairwell. The systems are poor and the card key for the staircase/elevator regularly did not work. I had to have my pass swapped a couple of times. We often had to wait until another renter came up to see if their card worked. The parking lot itself is poorly maintained (steps in the stairwell have missing pieces of concrete). It's been over 6 weeks since I cancelled my account and I've yet to receive a refund cheque. They told me it would be no more than 3-4 weeks. I will never deal with this company again.
