Revdex.com: I did receive the refund on April 15th I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However, it is silly that they repeat their absurd policy of "no refunds" as if they deserve an award for doing the right thing! The policy is obviously in place because everyone wants to return it! It's a horrible product It caused a rash! The salesperson lied when he assured me it was hypo- allergenic! Also, the shady salesperson brought me behind the counter, had me type in my own email, immediately put the receipt inside a magazine and put it in a bag Clearly he did not want me to see the policy before purchasing Sincerely, [redacted] ***

As they finally refunded my money I would like to erase the complaint. However, they are in error when saying they are out the product as there is proof that someone at Vine Vera signed for the return merchandise. I have been trying since the end of July 2015 to get my money back and there were NO signs about returns, refunds or cancellations and NO VIP room. The Vine Vera store I went to was inside Hilo Hattie's store which is similar to a dime store. I cancelled my order before it was even sent out but could not get my money back until last week. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I would like the claim to remain open until I receive the refund.  I am uneasy about simply returning the product and waiting for a check.  I obviously have concerns about actually receiving the full refund after being over-charged and misled about the product being hypo- allergenic.  I am pleased that they agreed to a full refund but would like to have the opportunity to confirm receipt under this claim.
