Property Management team : ie *** embezzled $from my refundable deposit ALSO HUNG UP IN MY FACE AFTER I CALLED AND INQUIRED ABOUT WHY I WOULDNT HAVE RECEIVED MY FULL DEPOSIT
Falsifying my move out walk throughI awaited for an email she promised to send after walk through was complete, never received anythingI would call mon-fri early to speak with her just to be Rudley shunned away I was always on time with making payments and was a rather fair residentFinally on July 25th one month after my move out dateI received a description letter stating why my $deposit I would only be receiving $and I only lived there three months children free.???? I made sure before I moved out everything was spotless I hired a cleaning lady to just touch up the place which was never filthy in the first placeMoney Hungry Company Greedy
DO NOT CARE ABOUT MILITARY SOLDIERS & REFUSE TO GIVE DEPOSIT BACK EVEN WHEN THERE ARE NO DAMAGES!!! BEWARE

Response:Our goal at Vineland is to accommodate our military and make sure they are well taken care ofThis resident lived at our property for approximately monthsHe received a Brand new 32' TV at move in, along with $off his first month's rentAt move out, we had to clean the apartment,
which cost $There were damages from the movers, which resulted in a full paintThis cost $We also had to clean the carpet to remove furniture prints and other items to prepare the apartment for another residentThis cost $The resident was educated and provided with receiptsMr[redacted] paid a $security depositHe was charged $and received $back in the form of a checkDue to the cost to get the apartment ready, and the length of time he resided in the apartment, we were unable to refund the total deposit of $

Response:Our goal at Vineland is to accommodate our military and make sure they are well taken care of. This resident lived at our property for approximately 4 months. He received a Brand new 32' TV at move in, along with $200 off his first month's rent. At move out, we had to clean the apartment,...

which cost $75. There were damages from the movers, which resulted in a full paint. This cost $375. We also had to clean the carpet to remove furniture prints and other items to prepare the apartment for another resident. This cost $125. The resident was educated and provided with receipts. Mr. [redacted] paid a $295 security deposit. He was charged $185 and received $110 back in the form of a check. Due to the cost to get the apartment ready, and the length of time he resided in the apartment, we were unable to refund the total deposit of $295.
