Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I do not think you understand my complaintMy complaint revolves around paying $for vin etching, a service that costs around $in realityI did not know this service costs $20, or else I would not have completed the transactionI was directly misled by finance manager into grossly overpaying for a nominal service, and being lied to about its insurance benefitsPerhaps you do not understand my nuanced claim, so I have gone into greater detail below:I alleging that this business operates in bad faithI was given an ultimatum when I went to purchase the vehicle that if I did not pay for this vin etching service, I would not be able to purchase the vehicleThis is after Carlos, a salesman, verbally confirmed a sales price with me and ensured that no other charges would be added, except for bank fees and taxesA vin etching service pocketed by the dealer does not constitute a bank fee or taxWhen I went to sign the final papers and pick up the vehicle, the man I was dealing with told me I had to pay this $charge or walk awayWhen I intimated that I did not think this was fair, he got up and gave me my deposit back, saying that this deal was doneThen he said, "why don't you let me make some money too, since you are getting such a good deal." This manager made my choices very 1) either walk away for this birthday present from my son who fell in love with the car after he expected to drive it home that day or 2) realize that Carlos had lied about not having additional charges and accept this $feeAnd to justify this $fee, the manager said my insurance premium would be reduced by 10-15%, so that over time, I would make my money backSo I believed him, and signed the contractI did some research on my own and discovered vin etching costs way less than $And I called my insurance company and found that I save around $15-per year, much less than necessary to recoup my $over timeThis smells like clear cut fraud to meCheating me out of money by overcharging for a service that costs much lessI didn't know vin-etching is a $service, and that I don't save much insurance moneyBut that is the direct opposite of what you sold to me when I came to close the dealShow me any reputable service that charges $for a vin etching jobThere are other complaints all over the internet saying you charge a similar vin-etching chargeI doubt they are all also lyingI would appreciate if you fully read and understand my claim before alleging that I am lying and fabricatingBy saying that I am lying, then you are denying that you charged me $for a $vin etching serviceThis is the central aspect of my claim, which you did not at all address in your response to me.So in short, did you or did you not charge me $for a $vin-etching service? To whom it may concern: This is in response to the complaint filed by our respected customer, [redacted] . Please note that [redacted] came to our Facility, test drove the vehicle, check the vehicle thoroughly, negotiated the price, provided us insurance on his on will, and then he sat with... the finance manager for almost 30 minutes, going over the detail of his finance contract. [redacted] , asked numerous question, which was answers in detail as well. Once [redacted] understood and agreed, he signed, on his very own will. [redacted] do have to understand that the terms and conditions of his loan is solely based on his credit, we do not have anything to do with that. If, for some reason, [redacted] didn’t liked it, he should not have signed the retail installment contract with the terms and conditions he is complaining about. In reality, [redacted] should be happy that he even got approved for an Auto Loan, Because based on his credit, it was very tough to even get him approve for an Auto Loan.

They advertised the car for 15.500, made a deal of 14,but in addition when you are purchasing the car they add the $for the certification, ending paying $17,for the carThe car should be cerified by the dealer and nothing to be add to the ticket price.This is a advertising They are lying to people Their financial office it's another scamThey add all kind of charges, extended warranty, Etfy charges and credit processing charges totaling $ without asking you and they add taxes to all of theseI was scammed and realized the next day, went there and try to get all these extra money back and the only thing the refunded was the extended warranty The rest of it I am turning to you for helpI put down payment $but nothing went towards the car payment because of these other fees plus taxes were what this $cover forThis place needs to be checked out and fined for lying to people and trying to get their money in a sneaky way
