[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]I am rejecting this response because Deborah S*** (Vineyard Homes) claims that all her subcontractors have returned back to my home to fix the issues that were brought to her attention in writing which she acknowledged with her signatureSome subcontractors did come to my home, but the majority of the issues have not been resolved including around the big arch window that was installed backwards that caused major water damage inside my homeThis is only one of the many issues that have not been resolvedAll I'm asking her is to honor the contract that we all agreed upon and fix the issues that have not been resolvedOnce the issues are fixed we can start to enjoy our home. I am a woman builder I have been building and remodeling for over years I really enjoy it I have a A+ rating with the Revdex.com, and I appreciate it My clients are very nice people However, I need to defend myself in this "complaint"We have gone back to fix any of
the items that needed to be addressed However, we could never fix them to the clients satisfaction I am sorry, no matter how we tried and tried we could not please this personThey are also items that are typical with "home ownership"They are cosmetic, such as a small crack in the grout, a nick in a cabinet door, a crooked light, items we fixed over and over, after he had moved in The cabinet person was there numerous times as was the trim person, painter and electrician I tried to explain to him last month that even if we looked at the same items again, he would not be happy with themMy contract states that any mechanical or structural items are warranted. I'm sorry, I am very meticulous myself I do build a quality home and will stand by that That is why I have been successful in this profession This person has given bad opinions out, and I hope that clients will see myself and my business as a builder that does care I will try my hardest to make my clients happy with their homes I am truly sorry, I could not make this client happy or satisfied
