We have contacted the customer and resolved the issue at hand.

I wanted to address your concerns so I will start from the beginning. You showed up at the dealership and I ([redacted])actually greeted you, you told me that you had just moved here from Wisconsin because you no longer wanted to be in the cold. You told me that you had a...

2016 Dually that you wanted to get out of because it was too much truck and you wanted to lower your payment .You also told me that you had been in car sales in the past.  I looked at the truck and gave you a bid on it and you asked if you could look at some new trucks . I introduced you to one of my salespeople ([redacted])and he showed you some 4x4 Silverado's. When payments were presented to you  got upset with my sales manager([redacted]) and he actually asked you to leave because what you were wanting as far as payments was unrealistic. You decided to stay and look at 2wd trucks which fit into your budget. You picked out a truck and agreed in writing to the price and payments. When asked if it would be registered in Texas you gave us the Texas address where you were staying . After signing all the documents and contracts I spoke with you before you left in your new truck and you thanked me and everyone else involved with the truck deal. [redacted] got a call the following morning and you told him that you had left a firearm in the vehicle that you traded in. [redacted] retrieved the firearm and let you know it was in a safe spot. You thanked [redacted] and nothing was said regarding being unhappy at that time. Later that day I received a call from you asking me to "unwind the deal" . I asked if there was something wrong with the vehicle and you told me that you didn't like the deal you had agreed to and made allegations of wrong doing. I explained that nothing on our end was improper and that I was insulted that you would make threats and untrue accusations. I also told you that if you had approached me with the same respect you were given by everyone you dealt with here that the outcome would have been different. The trade has gone thru service and in our Detail department . I will agree to undo the deal as a matter of goodwill if [redacted] agrees to pay for these services.
