I am rejecting this response because: Yes the
first repair call to Vinh.s was made through the home warrantee company but the second call was made by me directly to Vinh's as the previous home warranty had expiredAt this time Vinh's repair person came to my home once again and simply added refrigerant to the system and stated he would get back to me as more repairs were neededAt the time of this call back the AC unit was still covered under the manufactures warrantyVinh's never got back to me and I tried many times to contact them but to no availAfter not being able to contact Vinh's I finally had to call another repair company which did the needed repairs at a cost to me of $My complaint still stands because if Vinh,s had done the needed repairs when they were called by either the Warranty company or by myself after the Home Warranty had expired I would NOT have incurred this huge repair bill because they were negligent not once but twice to make the needed repairs while they were covered under warranty
