Their site advertises that you can get a report on your vehicle for $1.00 upon providing my credit card number they charged me an additional $18.95. Upon asking for a refund I get an automated response saying it will be taken care of and I will receive notification by e-mail by end of day. Have heard nothing and no refund.
Our services outlines price very clearly throughout the website.
