I am rejecting this response because: The purchase is well within the one year periodWe purchased it in September from Houzz and alerted Houzz about the issue as soon as it was installed in JanuaryThe only reason we waiting so long to install is that we were waiting to receive a replacement for a side table that goes with thisThe first side table was damaged in transitThe new one they sent was even worse so we decided to use the first one
To Whom it may concern: Customer [redacted] , send e-mail to Vinnova regarding the issue with the vanity they purchased from usThere is one year manufacture warranty and customer purchase order date exceeded under the warrantyWe send customer RTV Silicone and instructions on how to apply on the leak of the vanityThank you Vinnova Inc
To whom it may concern: In order to replace a new unit to the customer *** they will need to e-mail to [email protected] provide Houzz Purchase order number and shipping address for the replacement unit along with the telephone number. Once, we receive all the necessary information replacement unit will be on it's way. Thank you Vinnova Support Team

Hello, In regards to Mr*** *** complaint of vanity issue we have no record of his e-mail address *** in our system for replacement parts request. Vinnova Increplacement and damage request is done through e-mail and no verbal replacement is authorizeThe
e-mail address is: [email protected] with customer name, ship to address, briefly description of the issue and specify which replacement parts is needed for their vanity. once, we receive replacement request it is processed in timely matter of 24-Hrs. We would love to work with Mr*** and resolve his issue. Thank you Vinnova Team Support
