SHADY Entire experience with Lux Motorsports and George K*** in particular was PURE NIGHTMARE FUEL Purchased a Mercedes with a month warranty After less than miles driven, check engine light came on and error code indicated faulty EGR valve Their "service" department assured me that valve would be replaced under warranty, though they were very upset about the cost of the part After "repair", check engine light almost immediately came back on, returning SAME error code They kept the car for several more days, claiming to have replaced an additional faulty sensor, and the check engine light came back on AGAIN This time the representative wanted time to "research" the issue After that, we NEVER heard from them again Would not return calls, would not answer their phone, would not answer emails, and would not respond to Revdex.com inquiry After having part replaced by Mercedes of North Olmsted (spending $and missing multiple days of work) the car is finally working as advertised We also were able to PROVE that they NEVER replaced ANY of the parts they promised under the warranty All they did was reset the computer on each visit We recommend NEVER using this stinking excuse for a dealershipthey are a pack of liars and *** We are currently seeking legal representation and welcome any help in that regard *** - thanks!
