Review: I made an online order and when it arrived it was not what I had ordered. I called and spoke to the manager who instead of trying to correct the problem began yelling at me and became very irate. He then blamed me for the mistake saying I placed an order I wasn't allowed to yet the online system allowed me to. This yelling and unprofessional behavior continued for 12 minutes. Instead of trying to resolve the issue it was just escalated. He then tried to gain further payment to fix the incorrect order. We finally came to a resolution that my incorrect order would be exchanged for the correct one. Once the driver arrived he also tried to gain more payment for my correct order along with exchanging the incorrect one. He also stated that next time I should order from somewhere else. Both the manger and driver/ deliverer were very unprofessional, not only in their actions but in the way I was spoken to. I also felt their agenda was just to get over and extort more money from me that wasn't owed to them.Desired Settlement: Given that I am a regular consumer of this business I felt that the desired and professional outcome would be to apologize for the mistake and just correct my order.
