I ordered a father/daughter necklace for $39.92 from this vendor on April21,2030. It was stated it was enroute to be mailed to ***. Nothing receive
No tracking number has been received they stated it was enroute to be mailed did it make it to the facility. I am fed up waiting and will contact *** in reference to this vendor

I ordered a mother daughter necklace for $39.92 and had it sent to my daughter. The tracking number clearly says date, time package was delivered. My daughter never received the package.
I feel that I have been taken advantage of and no way to contact company.

Ordered a necklace from *** ( order #*** ). Never received .Tracking *** . Never delivered to shipper. asked for a refund.
Purchased a necklace from *** on 4/1/2020. Was supposed to receive a tracking number but never did. I then requested a refund and was denied because they said the item shipped. Still never had a tracking number. Contacted them again and asked for a tracking number which they finally gave me ( *** ). Checked number and item still hasn't been delivered to shipper. Again I asked for a refund because the item has never really shipped. The value is $39.92. If they are pulling a scam on me they are scamming a whole lot of other people also. If requested I will gladly submit supporting documentation per your request.

Vinocose falsely advertised A mother daughter pendant necklace for $30 online. Once paid for they offered an additional bracelet for $20 as a gift set. After paying for both as described I received an email thanking me for purchasing 2 necklaces. I Immediately emailed them back stating that I was not intrested in 2necklaces yet a necklace/bracelet combo as advertised. They never responded back to me and then and then shipped purchase to wrong address which has now been returned to them since 12/27/2019. Item was purchased 12/8/2019 For my daughters birthday and she has still yet to receive a birthday gift. This system did not allow me to add the tracking number

Delivery If this company Vinocose LLC which is registered under the United States Corporation agents, Inc @ *** Could return my money to me I'd greatly appreciate it because by now 2 months later they could have track me down sent me an email so that they can get the proper address and resend me my purchase from 2 months ago.
