I payed more than 100 dollars for a Jersey in their online shopping, and I have not received anything, not even an email informing me about my order. I also think that this shop is probably a fraud because I call them and they have their phone disconnected. I also email them and they do not respond. I’ve been waiting for a while now and at this point I just want my money back.
In their website, they said they guaranteed selling the authetic soccer team jersey. I ordered the French team jersey and it came from China. It looks different from the picture on line. I called the company but they just said a wrong number and hung up. I don't think I can even get a refund even if I return it. These people are fraudulent selling fake goods.
The soccer jerseys they sell are apparently fake, but they sell as if they were authentic and refuse to provide return shipping labels for customers who wanted to return the fake product.
I purchased a *** Nigerian Soccer Jersey from La Vinotinto Shop for $90. The jersey shipped from a Chinese address, and the quality was poor. Threads stuck out from the stitching, and the screen print was amateur. It was clear the jersey was not authentic. The company had a full refund policy if you were dissatisfied with the product. I contacted them to initiate the refund, and they would not refund the jersey because it had a name and number. I told them that was not clear in the refund policy on their website. Furthermore, I didn't want a name and number. I entered one because I was forced to enter one before purchasing. They told me that I could've written "no name" and "no number". I told them that was not listed anywhere on their website. Still, they would not give me a refund. Now I am stuck with a jersey that is not authentic and cost me nearly one hundred dollars.
