I ordered an Espresso maker from their online store *** on Sunday and after not hearing from them, I contacted them on FridayThey said they were waiting for *** to validate my orderThey had done NOTHING to reach out to me to attempt to validate this transaction
I then proceeded to engage with *** security team and found out that *** had reported this a fraudulent transactionI have a Platinum *** card and put about $200k through it a year and having it suspended due due a company making an unsubstantiated accusation is unacceptable
