First of all I would like to thank Ms. [redacted] for her comments.  It is only through this sort of interaction that we can improve on our customer service and understand how to better meet folks needs.     It is a top priority at Vin’s.  Secondly, I would like to apologize...

for any negative experience she had with us.  It is sometimes difficult for us to present and to discuss the differences in rates and the manner in which each insurance handles a claim.  It is a tender subject to address.  I would be happy to discuss with Ms. [redacted] any questions she has about the estimate the insurance provided and or write her an estimate from Vin’s in order for us to be able to compare the differences that may cause concern for her.  I am available from 7:45a.m to 5:00p.m Monday through Friday.  If she would like to call and give me the opportunity to discuss this matter with her I would be happy to do so.  Please extend my apologies for the late response as the email went to spam folder and had not been seen until brought to my attention by [redacted] from Sincerely,[redacted], Manager
