I've never felt the need to write a bad review, but my experience was really disappointing My original quote was $404, and I ended up at $ Mike's explanation was : "Unfortunately *** ** *** *** *** gave us a AM to AM window for today and did not show up till almost 11:I had to have my crew out there to accept the order, so I instructed them to keep busy as they were on the clockIf there was some additional work done, it was in order to stay productive while they were waiting to accept the mulch order."
Somehow they were kept busy on my dime During that time where they were "on the clock", they trimmed brand new shrubs that I did not ask them to trim They were cone shaped evergreen shrubs that they cut into a square The shrubs have not grown back after almost a year, and likely never will I told Mike about how dissatisfied I was and his response was to give me 10% off Except I really received a 10% credit on my account so I had to use them again to get anything backAll in, I ended up spending extra money so his guys could keep busyand they ruined the shrubs at the forefront of my house My request was for a refund of the 5-wasted man hours ($per hour per man), and he gave me $that I had to redeem with them I've given him several chances to make it right, and he will not do so Really, really bad business practices, and the trimming of the shrubs leads me to believe they do not know what they are doing I would highly recommend that you find another company for this type of service
