I am rejecting this response because:The final bill statement does not include the unit prep fee or shows any proof that it was included towards the final balance before applying the refundable deposits. I understand the pet fee was just a fee to have animals on the premises, but no where on the final statement is it showing the unit prep fee has been applied as per the lease agreement. Therefore, the final balance should be less that amount you are stating.
