In July of I took my Chevy Sto RT'S Automotive to have the lower intake manifold gasket replacedThey did the job and two days after I picked my vehicle up, I spun a crank bearing while driving down the highway, ruining my engineWhen I contacted the mechanic at RT'S who serviced my vehicle, Jeremy T***, he denied any wrongdoing and tried blaming the engine failure on me, saying that I had to have been driving the vehicle while it was overheating and that is the reason the bearing spunUpon further investigation, reviewing my work invoice and talking with another mechanic, I discovered that the real reason my engine failed was because MrT*** neglected the crucial last step of changing my oil after he replaced the intake gasket, meaning he sent me out the door with quarts of antifreeze contaminating my engine oilMy experience with this shop has left me with the opinion that they are a very dishonest business that lacks the integrity to even admit their mistakes, let alone correct themI would advise anyone who wants to keep their vehicle running to avoid this garage
