Purchased a leather chair that immediately began to fall apart- Store not willing to refund our purchase during the 1-yr warranty contractNovember 6, Re: Invoice# *** We purchased our La Z boy chair on Aug 30, Received it at home on Oct 26, We Paid $in cash payments On Nov 19, we had to call customer service because the entire back of chair was loose, wrinkled and looked unfinished and cheap! I have photos for proofOn Nov 27th they came by to pick up the chairOn Oct 26, we called customer service AGAIN to report that both of the arms on chair has the foam collapsing and the Leather finish is coming off all over the chairToday Nov 6, the technician from the customer service Dept came by to inspect chair and confirmed that the arms are weak (foam collapsing) putting pressure on edges of leather, creating more thinning out and the finish on our chair is coming OFF! Now they need to order complete kit to replace the back wit
