I received the wrong transaxle I ordered after waiting a month and was misled about delivery schedule even being sent a bogus tracking number for UPS Then I was told that another company was shipping the correct part and it should arrive in days which has proven to be false

There were many issues with the product including the following;
Grease zerks where in the wrong placeWhen the beam was installed the top bars zerks were in the channel so you could not use themAlso the threaded holes in the beam were not goodThe zerks would just fall out when you touched them
Center upper leaf channel did not have a divot for the bolt to lock itThe bolts also we flat making it almost impossible to lock the lower leafs that had a divotLeaf divots on the end were to large and not a degree cut
3.The center pin kit is cut sloppy and at an angleMaking the steering very sloppy when driving
With a proper center block bolt installed in the bottom leaf packs, the putter grub screws are offOne is 30mm out, and the other is 35mmIt is not centered
5.There was not a steering stabilizer bracket on the beam
The Drop spindles were not welded correctlyThere was not a channel made for the two parts to be welded togetherMaking f

Hello ***,I hope you had a good holiday and sorry to be sending this in regards to some issues we've hadMr*** was aware that we actually have a strictly no refunds and no returns policyI did speak to him on several occasions about his order and that we would be refunding him regardless
of our policyUnfortunately I am although unable to answer phone calls that are made at 3amWe received several calls over the weekend from Mr *** not only during non business days but non business hours, 3am and 5am on a Sunday morning in particularI deeply regret that this transpired in the way it has, but I understand that he had an emergency that required him getting refundedI also advised that although I put the refund through and it is automatically deducted from our account it may not get back to his account automaticallyI know personally I've had to wait up to business days.Again I deeply regret that this has come across your desk, thank you for your help in this,

On 12/07/I ordered *** rear disc brakes from this Vendor (Vintage Vdubs) and had not received themI had called texted and emailed Vintage Vdubs to try and find out if and/or when they'd ship and did not receive a responseOn 12/19/I posted a complaint with *** after which Vintage Vdubs sent the parts
After receipt of the rear disc brake kit my mechanic and I determined that installation of the kit was not possible because the caliper frame does not fit between the rotor and the adaptorI began emailing Vintage Vdubs with our concern on January and received a couple of emails back requesting pictures which I sent timesThe last communication from Vintage Vdubs was on January 20th, in which they said they’d have the pic’s looked over
On January I emailed Vintage Vdubs the following:

You answered the phone on 2 occasions out of the
numerous calls I made.
Your credit was finally issued 1 week after my
first call. Ordered on 15th and credit issued on 22nd.
While I do appreciate the refund,
the charge should never have been made for parts they did not even have
available to ship and would not even begin processing for minimum of 1 week.
Secondly, if you are going to take someone’s money over the phone for parts you
are not shipping, AT LEAST have the courtesy to return  a phone call. Thirdly, GET YOUR FACTS
STRAIGHT. If you don’t know them, don’t respond.

I did speak to him on several occasions about his order and that we would be refunding him regardless of our policy. Unfortunately I am although unable to answer phone calls that are made at 3am. I deeply regret that this transpired in the way it has, but I understand that he had an emergency that required him getting refunded. I also advised that although I put the refund through and it is automatically deducted from our account it may not get back to his account automatically. I know personally I've had to wait up to 7 business days.
Again I deeply regret that this has come across your desk, thank you for your help in this,
