I am rejecting this response because:  I never contacted Randal T[redacted] stating I wanted to return the cables/levers because I found the items cheaper elsewhere. I contacted him to state the cable did not fit my motorcycle. I sent a few more e-mails asking if he had any suggestions and that I may have figured out why they did not work. When that didn't work, I e-mailed T[redacted] stating the cables did not work. T[redacted] suggested I send the cables back and he would refund my money. I sent the cables and covers back to him as he suggested and THEN I ordered a different brand cable from another vendor and these cables worked on my motorcycle. About one week later I received another brand cable from T[redacted], along with the covers, stating, specifically about the covers, "I don't do remorse returns." The cables that I ordered from the other vendor had the covers so I did not need an additional set. I returned the cables to T[redacted], along with a detailed reason I sent the cables/covers back. That is the last I heard from him and he has failed on numerous occasions to return any of my e-mails, let alone a refund and/or any compensation. In short, T[redacted] stole my money and I have nothing to show for it. How could I take this to the next level. And also, how do I proceed for T[redacted] slandering my name when he called me a liar. All I want is to get a refund but am prepared to take it to the next level. Additionally, I have saved all correspondence that I have sent T[redacted] and all correspondence that he has sent me. NEVER, NEVER, did I return the cable and covers to T[redacted] asking for a refund because I found the parts cheaper elsewhere.

April 27 , 2017 To: Revdex.com , Fort Collins COSubject :   [redacted]'s false claims concerning his  Husqvarna parts order from 2-7-2017 [redacted] contacted me ( After he received the parts order) stating that he wanted to send the 2 cables and lever covers back to me...

because he found the same parts for less money from a different supplier. I informed him that I do not accept parts returns for remorse reasons . The following day, he sent me a e mail stating that the cables and lever covers did not fit his bike. He claimed that I sent him the wrong parts. I informed him that I sent him the correct parts for his bike and re iterated that I did not accept returned parts for remorse reasons. He sent the cables and lever covers back to me anyway. I verified that the parts were correct and re-shipped the 2 cables and lever covers back to him with a note stating that I did not accept parts returns for remorse reasons. [redacted] is a ignorant person that thinks he is entitled to special treatment. He is also a liar. He originally sent the parts back to me based on lies about the parts not fitting his bike. He sent the parts back to me a 2nd time based on the same lies. I have sent the correct parts to [redacted] 2 times. The 2nd shipping cost was at my expense. My returns policy is posted on my website. [redacted] needs to stop lying about the reason he wanted to return the parts and realize that he is not "entitled" to special treatment concerning a "no remorse returns" policy. Randall T[redacted] -  Owner
