I read the response. This is unreasonable and a complete falsehood. The dress has only been worn twice since I purchased it and *** ***'s clothing is of top quality. What happened to this garment when it was cleaned should not have happened. The cleaners ruined my dress and they should be held accountable. You may also go see the garment for yourself. Any eye well detect immediately that the dress was cleaned improperly. Please help me resolve this matter. Michigan Cleaners/Brookland Cleaners should reimburse me for the cost of my dress. They ruined my dress

Regarding your letter received on November 11 about [redacted] comments, we want to clarify the following:in One side, the Customer request a reimbursement, but she only has her impressions to Support that request. On the other hand, we have our own impressions, but also, and most important, we have an Analysis Certificate where an Independent Expert Company say clearly "that the discolorations in the garment are due the wear and contact to theexternal sources, and don't due the cleaning process"Therefore, our cleaners can not accept any refund request.Best Regards,Michigan Park Cleaners

Regarding your letter received on December 1st about Mr. [redacted] complaint, we want to clarify the following:• On October 25th the customer leave 3 garments to be cleaning (1 Pant, 1 Jacket, 1 Necktie), for the pant he paid $4.25 - not $5.45.• We found In the pants and stain who need a "special...

treatment" and the risk of that process may cause injuries to the fabric, that situation was notify to the customer through an Tag attached at the pants hanger. That is our normal process with all our customers under similar situations• The customer picked up the entire order, pants include, on November 6th.• After more than 2 week, on November 24th, the customer come to our store claiming a free service, but the pants was already used and ail tags removed. In that moment we explain to him that we can not re-clean his pants for free because he already used the garment and he ignore the tags attached.Due some stains are not easy to remove and have a risk to damage the garments, always we try to do our better effort to remove it and that is our offer for our customers, but never guaranteed remove it with a single view.Anyway, the customer can came to the store and we will see how we can help him.Best Regards.Jaime V[redacted]

About this complain we find some impressions in the Customer's Statement of the Problem, but we want to focus in the issue so we detail what we consider relevant:o Customer drop off 3 dresses to be cleaned, we process those garments together another at least 25 garments, if our cleaning process was...

wrong, why only 1 Dress has discoloration?. After that cleaning process the 3 dresses for this Customer was bagged together (in one bag).o When customer came for first time to pick it up their 3 dresses, she looked for directly at the discoloration in 1 dress even though there was in a plastic bag along with other 2 dresses, giving the impression that she knew in advance that this dress had this discoloration. The customer said in that moment she bought in thousands of dollars and was almost new. Now she say the dress is a nine months old and cost $852.o We proposed re-clean these black dress and we explain that is a cleaning process and not a restoration process. After a second cleaning process the Dress still the same, no more discoloration, that means the cleaning process is not the cause of the discoloration.o The manufacturer assures, according to the client, we used an inappropriate chemical to clean the dress, we don't know how they can say without an inspection or analysis of the garment (the Dress still in our store), we want to clarify: we use a Dry Cleaning recognized process. And we would like to ask to the manufacturer which is the adequate chemical and why is not clearly specified in the garment carelabel. To obtain an impartial and expert opinion, to determine what were happened with thisDress and as part of our responsibility, we sent the garments to an independent Garment Analysis Company (to be analyzed), copy of a reports are attached.in the reports the experts explain with clarity:o According the care label instructions, the garments was Dry Cleaned in arecognized dry cleaning process. o Garments inspected under UV lighting, they noted some discoloration on the frontand back panels (specially around seat and lap areas) which is due to wear and contact from Outside Sources.o When the garment was tested with Puro the experts found a very faint dye transfer, which shows that the dyes that were used are not 100% colorfast. As you can see, the discolorations in the garment are due the wear and contact to the external sources, and don't due the cleaning process. The Customer can come to picked up her dress anytime.Best Regards,?gime V[redacted]
