Yes it is true that *** *** called in November of and requested alarm monitoring service from All Time Detection. At that time we performed a complete check and test of her security system. This inspection was performed complimentary due to the acceptance of a five year
monitoring agreement. After receiving the first year of service, *** *** called to cancel her service. We explained the terms of the agreement she signed and informed her that four years remained on that contract. At the request of *** *** we provided a copy of this agreement to her We did offer to settle the contract by accepting two of the four remaining years. It is *** ***'s belief that the contract term was entered after she executed the contract. A copy of the executed contract was left with *** *** in November 2014. If *** *** can prove that her claim is valid I would be more than happy to adjust our position.All Time Detection has been in business for over years and has serviced thousands of satisfied customers. We regret any ill feelings and wish to amicably settle any and all disputes
