After six year, over 10% of Vinyl Window Design's windows installed at my home have experienced seal failures and have needed to be replaced I have waited four months to have the latest failures changed out with still no firm replacement date from the Company In my opinion Vinyl Window Design makes a shabby product Their service is unacceptable
