We hired Crittendon glass to do our basement windows and we were very pleased with the outcomeSo years later we asked them to come back and quote some upstairs windowsA nice polite man came and took some measurementsHe said he would send a quote soonBut days passed and I heard nothing so I calledThe man on the phone said he would find out and call back right away but he did not so I called again and was given the exact same messageIt started to become clear to me that they were putting me offIt has been over a month and no one has ever contacted meIf they didn't want my business, they should have just said soI don't know what I did to offend themI was totally prepared to hire them for new windows
Can’t tolerate incompetence at this level!! Terrible at getting back to you and worse at completing job on scheduleWould never, ever recommend!!!
