This company doesn't make quality hardware or partsThey send their product to their suppliers/ Vendors, and then faults the vendors instead of resolve issuesTheir website is deceiving so that you are drawn to order wrong partsAfter years of wrong parts and the vendors telling me it's not their fault, it has become clear to me that these vendors that are selling Vinyl works parts incorrectly have no clue or support to be doing this kind of product service
Tried Vinyl works and so called part-owner of the company to find resolution and he blew me off and my issues stating that "It's not his concern what their suppliers are doing." ***
