Seal SMART is a horrible company and have absolutely zero customer service. I waited over 3 months to be put on their schedule to seal my deck and never received an email, phone call or anything. After I complained they miraculously wanted to schedule me within a couple weeks. I refuse to do business with a company who takes a large deposit and then won't perform the service until after you call and complain. I've begged for my $750 back and they refuse. Every person I've spoken with at the company has been extremely rude and unprofessional. They are thieves and have kept my money for doing nothing. Worst company in history.Â
My wife and I are very pleased with the professional manner in which Seal Smart conducts their business. From [redacted], the sales guy who came out, showed the product & performed a test area on our deck, the lady who called to schedule our appointment and answered a few questions we had, to the man who arrived at our home on time (which never happens!), took extra care to make sure our newly stuccoed home was protected and that the previous stain on the wood was removed.
We look forward to enjoying our deck for many years.

Seal Smart did such an amazing job on my boat dock a few years back that I've since had them do three decks, all of my concrete at both homes, and our log cabin. Our rep, [redacted], has been extremely helpful with any questions that I've had and has went above and beyond to make sure we were treated like valued customers, and we couldn't be more pleased with the service. I'm not sure why they have such a low rating on here, because they've been an A++ all the way for my projects and for the friends and family that I've referred to them.
If you're looking to keep your concrete and wood looking great for a lifetime, Seal Smart is the only way to go.
They promised that, once they applied their "sealant" to my driveway, I could just hose-off tire marks, etc. Both the salesman and the technician stated that. They insisted on final payment at the time of the service. I cannot wash the tire marks off even using a high-pressure washer. They also missed several spots where stains were supposed to be removed. When I complained to them, they asked that I send pictures which I did twice since they lost the first set. They have never sent anyone out to fix the problem or even look at it. When I filed a Revdex.com complaint, they fell back on their guarantee language and that concrete work is not guaranteed and said what I was told was no where in writing. If you review other Revdex.com complaints filed against Seal Smart, it is the same method of operation. Promise things, do the work, collect the payment and says its done and if you don't like it, their "guarantee" language protects them. And, unless you stop payment on the final payment as I did, you have no recourse against them.
We recently had our deck sealed by Seal Smart and are very happy with how it turned out! The men covered my shrubs, windows & door with plastic and tape to protect them from the over spray and cleaned up their mess before they left. My deck isn't exactly like brand new, but it is beautiful again!
