I absolutely hated sealing my deck year after year after year, while still knowing that I'm going to have to replace my wood over time Seal Smart did such an amazing job on my boat dock a few years back that I've since had them do three decks, all of my concrete at both homes, and our log cabinOur rep, ***, has been extremely helpful with any questions that I've had and has went above and beyond to make sure we were treated like valued customers, and we couldn't be more pleased with the serviceI'm not sure why they have such a low rating on here, because they've been an A++ all the way for my projects and for the friends and family that I've referred to them If you're looking to keep your concrete and wood looking great for a lifetime, Seal Smart is the only way to go
Seal SMART is a horrible company and have absolutely zero customer serviceI waited over months to be put on their schedule to seal my deck and never received an email, phone call or anythingAfter I complained they miraculously wanted to schedule me within a couple weeksI refuse to do business with a company who takes a large deposit and then won't perform the service until after you call and complainI've begged for my $back and they refuseEvery person I've spoken with at the company has been extremely rude and unprofessionalThey are thieves and have kept my money for doing nothingWorst company in history.Â
My wife and I are very pleased with the professional manner in which Seal Smart conducts their businessFrom ***, the sales guy who came out, showed the product & performed a test area on our deck, the lady who called to schedule our appointment and answered a few questions we had, to the man who arrived at our home on time (which never happens!), took extra care to make sure our newly stuccoed home was protected and that the previous stain on the wood was removed We look forward to enjoying our deck for many years
