Beware of the auto renewal
Called Vio today to cancel my service and we have changed to another company. Was told I needed to send a letter of cancelation 30 days prior to the end of my renewal date. Now I have to pay for another 10 months. The rep on the phone didn't care, he just continued to say refer to your original contract from 2014. When you want to cancel you need to mail a letter, no email or fax. Check your contracts carefully. I miss GHS.

Had an issue and manny handled it with professionalism. He went above and beyond, superior customer service. Thanks GHS

No issues. Service was great ,employee was helpful and accommodating.

Great customer service. I have been very happy with my camera system.

we have this company for out security system since September 2017. and have had nothing but trouble. we have never gotten any paper work. We signed and they took all of it and never sent anything back. Never sent us anything to were we were to send the payment, Had trouble with the thermostatic would not call no would answer the phone had to leave a message and never got a call back we had to take theirs down and put out old one up just to get it to work still not one would call. I sent an email and told them how I felt and I called leave a message and we will get back to you that was over 3 months then I sent and other got finally got a call from a Karen talked to her told her what was going on that was Oct 31, 2017 and said that she would call me back in 1 hour, 3 months later I was still waiting for the call. I tried all if Jan. to reach her and finally did the in Jan. told I was still waiting for her call back in 1 hr back in Oct. She told I am so sorry. NO one came out to fix your thermostatic no Oh I will get someone out there and will call you back with the time and date at which time I said no you make it now and I will hold you don't seem to know how to use the phone to return calls. So she make the appointment and he did come out and when the tec, got here he said that he was told that they didn't put it in that they were just doing as courteous but when he looked at it he said yes it is ours and we did put it in. I told him yes you did. Karen said that she was going to wave out Jan. payment because of the problems we have had. Ok fine and good but now I still don't have any paper work which Karen said she would email me. They have out email because they send use everything we set or unset the alarm, Still don't have a place to send the payment and every time I call I get leave a message and we will call you back. Will I have been down that road but I leave a name and number but that has been the since Feb. 1 still nothing.
When I can I am out of here.

BEWARE.....This company is a scam and a fraud, I have been a loyal customer for the 3 years of my contract. In 2016 I called to cancel my services because we just had our 3rd child and we needed to cut back somewhere. When I spoke to a representative they told me my contract was up in October 2017. So October 2017 I called so excited to be able to cancel my services because we had our 4th baby in August 2017. When I called and spoke to Carlos he tried to give me all these options other then the option I called for, which was to cancel. He then told me that I was supposed to have mailed in a letter 8 weeks before my contact was up to be able to cancel and since I didn't do that my contact would be extended for another 11 months. Now I'm seeing red and upset because no one ever told me this information. I'm so upset with him he tells me that they will do an investigation with the last conversation I had in 2016 (since no representative at that time told me about any letter), and to go ahead and mail in my letter and that I would not have to pay for the month of November. I hang up the phone with belief (because of Carlos) that our business exchange would be done once they get my letter. I check my account in November and GHS has taken out a payment, I call in and get a lady name Alex who tells me that she is the supervisor in the cancellation department. I am upset during the conversation and I tell her about my conversation with Carlos and what was discussed with me. Alex tells me she will pull conversations I had with Carlos about not having to pay for November and sending in my letter to cancel, she tells me it won't take long about 2 days she says. Two days come and go and I don't hear from Alex. I have called Alex and let messages for her to not return my call. I am a person of my word I believe your word is everything and to tell me one thing as a customer and do another is wrong. It is now a couple of weeks before Christmas and I still haven't heard back from Alex( the supervisor). If I can help anyone else please beware of this company they are stealing people's money and won't let customers cancel.

GHS Interactive Security, LLC operates with a high degree of integrity. We value our customers and pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service. GHS began trying to reach Ms. in October 2016 to review terms of her contract, discuss options for renewing longer than the 1 year auto renewal, and to offer a complimentary system diagnostic. GHS made no fewer that 4 outbound call attempts, each time leaving a voicemail, but received no response from our valued customer. The auto-renewal term is clearly written on the front of the contract into which both GHS and Mrs. entered in October 2014. We have reviewed calls from Mrs. to GHS and, prior to her cancellation request on October 24, 2017, she had never expressed a desire to end services. Had Mrs. expressed this, GHS representatives would have verbally instructed her on the process outlined on her contract.We regret that this has caused problems.

All that being said: We have been attempting to reach Ms. to discuss this matter with her but have not had success in reaching her. Further, we have separately responded to her official complaint to the Revdex.com and advised that, after reviewing her account, we felt it appropriate to release her from her agreement, even though she'd never expressly stated a desire to cancel. We can understand that people do not always thoroughly read contracts, despite our best efforts to encourage them otherwise. As soon as we are able to get her on the phone, we will happily discuss with Mrs. and hope to resolve this satisfactorily for all parties.

This whole response from the company is a LIE, no one contacted me back in October 2016, I contacted them in October 2016 and then again in October 2017 to cancel.
Also no one has been trying to contact me about this matter. I have never ever in my whole 37 years written a review or contacted Revdex.com about a company, but this company is doing business so wrong and dirty that I want to beware others. They care nothing about the customer, BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!
