Paypal has denied the claim on behalf of the buyer. At this time we will reach out to USPS to file a claim to see if the package was delivered to the recipient as indicated in the USPS' records. If the Government Services | USPS denies the claim this request will rejected.

Mon, May 2, 2016 at 2:18 PM- Customer emails us notifying us that her apt number was not typed in during order. Package was already delivered 4/25.  Please see attached email. Changes cannot be made after the items has been delivered. No contact from customer was made during processing time or while it was in transit. We could have done a stop shipment before delivery. But customer didn’t inform us until 7 days after the package was delivered that she failed to include her apartment number. 5/3-Paypal dispute was open. The case closed in our favor.
