Questionable ethics, horrible customer service
I called the dealership to inquire about inspecting my Jetta's check engine light The person on the phone said they would run the diagnosis for free and would only charge me if I wanted the code I made an appointment, took leave from work, and went into the shop After checking in with the maintenance shop, the technician handed me a contract for the work: $for the diagnosis Confused, I asked if this charge would only be applied should I ask for the specific code (as I was told over the phone when I made the appt.) I learned that I would be charged that fee regardless and the technician made no attempt to apologize for his companies obvious deception Having taken leave from workalthough incredibly frustratedI signed the paperworkminutes lateras I waitedthey told me that I had a bad fuel system sensor which would cost $to replace I chose to just pay the $and get out of there - frustrated by the customer service and the "used-car salesman" vibe I was getting
After getting home and doing some research, I discovered that the problem may be fixed by checking and securing the gas cap I did, and the check engine light went offÂ
Suffice to say, I'll never take my business there again and would advise others to steer clear as well

I am filled with over JOY with the Great and professional service I received on yesterday from Charles Archer, yes I walked out of the dealership with my Dukie car.😍

I purchased a 2006 Chevy Equinox in 2014 was told I'd receive a bumper to bumper warranty by several different salesman, however, during the first year my tires were worn to the wire. Took it in to service was told it's not covered I had to have a blowout. Several other occasions I was told I had to pay a 200$ deductible for your other services performed. Brakes, drive shaft, bearings. Along with making my payment's on time it's drained my bank accounts. Tired to trade it in, no luck Casey nor Pomoco would accept my trade. The truck keeps running hot, brakes are faulty just had brakes done less than six months ago. Now the warranty is over I'm stuck with a truck that's not GH going to last much longer but I'd still have to continue to pay for. I'm a very disappointed customer

My complaint is regarding both locations of this business. The locations are Newport News, VA and Williamsburg, VA. Both locations lack professionalism and customer service. I would not suggest any business venture. On one instance I traveled about an hour to the location in Newport News, VA to test drive a vehicle. I had confirmed the vehicle was there. I arrived at the scheduled time. They had sold the vehicle. I had set appointment the day before which was confirmed by e-mail from the customer service representative. Needless to say, I made a road trip for nothing. Then the person I spoke with in person tried to suggest that the vehicle could be purchased, if they considered I would have to pay more for the vehicle. I was gone and requested that I never be contacted by this dealership again. Inasmuch as, they had been relentless in contacting me to made the long distance trip to view a vehicle on their lot.

Casey made my first major car purchase the best experience ever!! With the help of salesman [redacted] Talley the process was quick and easy.

I am very unhappy with the customer service we received from Casey Honda. My husband and I inquired about a used vehicle online. We were contacted promptly via email to provide more information. We were initially told we were pre-qualified , then we were told we were not. It was several days later that my husband was contacted by a "manager" to see if we were still interested in the vehicle. We told them were were, but was told there was nothing we could do. At that time that same "manager" told my husband that they would be able to work with us and make it happen. He asked more (and some of the same questions) already provided and that all he needed was copies of our current pay stubs for proof of employment and to see/appraise the vehicle we wanted to trade. He was adamant that we come in that day or the next between 9-3. I took off work and drove the hour and a half to the dealership and after "another" salesman took the very same information that we provided to the "manager" and the internet manager, he told me that there was nothing they could do. Never did he once offer figures. Needless to say I left there very angry. At that time I called my husband, who then called the dealership wanting to speak to the "manager" and how convenient he was not available and we have not heard a word since. This to me was extremely poor customer service, and needless to say we will NOT recommend Casey Auto Group to any family/friend.

We had a great experience at Casey VW. Our sales rep, Trey Leggett, was extremely helpful, a gentleman and a positive reflection in Casey VW/Subaru.
