We double checked our records, and see that the
customer emailed us on Sunday 12/18/She received a response the following business dayHer return was authorized promptlyThere was one missed call from her phone number on 12/29/2016, which we followed up on that dayBesides that, we do not see any other emails, missed calls, or voicemails
Her returned item was received on 1/9/2017, and she was issued a full refund on 1/13/We strive to provide our customers with the best products, service, and experience possible, and are sad that things didn't work out to her complete satisfaction

I accept they say they have refunded the fundsI do not see it on my credit card yetThey neglect to mention that I had to spend *** to shipo it backI also emailed them on 12/and 12/Two phone calls in between as wellI have copies of the emails I sent

Our Customer Care Manager contacted the customer and we have agreed to compensate her for the return shipping feesWe sincerely apologize that she had a negative experience with us and hope that our actions will help her regain confidence in our companyIn addition, we will further evaluate how we can prevent this problem from occurring again in the future

This order was placed with one of our authorized vendors and records show that the full refund was issued on 4/26/2018.
