Trying to purchase a car - I requested a thirds party inspection from a VW dealer I paid for and received the report which indicated multiple faults
VIP then had one of their mechanics call me and say all the findings were in fact wrong and there was nothing at all wrong with the car
Wasted my time and money

The deale sold me a broken car which I bought august and till today still have no car and the car is not fix they don't return my money

Car has a crack block I told them to fix it or give me another car till today I still got no car and they won't give me my money back

Business hid evidence of a lemon car, sold me the car, offered a warranty but when I brought the car back they refused to complete the repair

I purchased a Volkswagen here last yearWell tried to...We had the car about days before we noticed it felt like the transmission was slippingMy husband called to have them check it out and they gave him a run around for a a week and half and the only reason they checked it out and called back was because I did not complete the survey from the loaners and VIP called me so I can accept everything so they can get paidLong story short, I had to get the police involved and an officer went with me to VIP to return the vehicle because they did not want to work with me or give me documents I was returning the carThey also kept my $1,down payment! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR TIMEThe car clearly had issues and they didn't want to deal with itThey even wanted to charge me an oil change when the car was just purchasedCRAZY!! Then a few weeks later my husband drove by and saw the same car out for saleI feel sorry for anybody who bought a F* up $22k car!
