Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I appreciate the response from the business howveee this is the first time heading that it was due to the board’s delay Before only upon me reaching out to the business they stated the contractor was sick, then reached out again and they were waitingOn the contractor again It would be good for the business to send us as residents notice if there are delays taking months (first notice in June) that there delays Instead of us emailing and awaiting a response This week we did receive paint on our deck but only after this compliant was sent We hope the work will be completed within two weeks as we spent a summer without utilizing our decks awaiting on work that wasn’t completed (were told to take everything off decks and theNotice of delay only when residents reached out) For future, would like to be sent communication if there is a delay due to be board as we hadn’t heard that Regards, [redacted]

I spoke with [redacted] last week to discuss this prior to receiving the notice We were able to address the matter during that conversation [redacted] had let me know she would be notifying the Revdex.com of our discussion

After the resident called in an reported the garage door opener not working we sent out maintenance tech out to the home to check on the issue Our maintenance tech found there was a clip that had been broken Based on the part and how it functions he determined that the most likely cause of the break was due to resident misuse/abuse Our tech said that in order to break this part there would have had to be quite a bit of pressure place on the part; he compared it to someone pulling or almost hanging on the release chord We have informed the resident that he would be responsible for the repair as a result. We have attempted to locate the part for the repair in an effort to keep form replacing the entire garage door opener We have been unsuccessful in locating the particular part needed We have notified the resident of this and informed him that he would have to pre-pay for the cost of a new garage door opener Once payment has been received from the resident we will schedule our maintenance man to replace the opener.I hope you will find this resolution acceptable and close this complaint out accordingly.Should you have any questions or need any additional information please feel free to contact me

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below For the last days we have had hot water for only of them!! I will see you in court Regards, [redacted]

The Board for the COA approved the bid for the exterior work There is working being completed on buildings in total, not just the one building in which this homeowner resides Both the Board members and our team have been frustrated by the numerous delays as well; however, the Board has continued to work with the contractor and the delays In additional to sporadic weather delays we have also had delays due to Change Orders for additional work that has been found along the way.We are doing out best to get this job wrapped up as quickly as possible We hope to have the full project completed within the next two weeks weather permitting. Finally, Axiom is simply the management company for the Condo Owners' Association While we do make recommendations to the Board we execute the decisions they make We have been pushing the contractor hired as instructed In the event the Board makes the decision to terminate this contractor we will execute that decision and search for a contractor to complete the project

I have spoken with Mr, [redacted] on multiple occasions regarding his garage door both by email and telephone In the beginning of our correspondence I had informed him that, having just taken over management of the HOA, we were not completely familiar with the HOA by-laws and did not know if his garage door would be something the HOA was responsible for or if that would fall on him at the home owner This was the case for several months.Approximately a month ago I had a conversation with Mr [redacted] during which I informed him I still did not have a response from the HOA board regarding his garage door At that time I told him he could cover the expense of the repair so the repair issue could be resolved and that, should the HOA board deem this to be the responsibility of the HOA he would be issued a check to reimburse him for the expense I heard nothing back on that option. It was approximately two weeks ago that I recieved an answer from the board They have deemed this repair to be the responsibility of the HOA Upon receiving this information I submitted a bid to replace the garage door and paint it to match the existing structure Because the cost of the repair exceeds Axiom's approval limit per our management agreement I am not able to move forward with the repair without board approval. As soon as Axiom receives board approval for the repair a member of our maintenance team will contact Mr [redacted] to get the repair scheduled

I was a co-signer of a vehicle and the car was returned within 15 days and according to the salesman [redacted] returning vehicle will be no penalties.I co-signed for a vehicle that was purchased on 11-10-09 and the car was returned within 15 days because I found out that the primary buyer [redacted] had an expire Driver License and no social security card. The salesperson [redacted] was aware that the primary buyer had an expire Driver License and said if I was to return the vehicle there will be no penalty and account will be closed. I was rejected to purchase a new vehicle on Jan. of 2014. I pulled my credit and saw that this company placed a charge off on my credit. So, I contacted VIP Auto Sales on Jan. 23, 2014 and asked to speak with the manager. I then spoke with the manager and he told me that I have a balance that needs to get paid off or it will stay on my credit. I explained to him that if they went after the primary buyer first and he said he couldn't get in contact with her. So, I called the primary buyer [redacted] on Jan. 23,2014 and said if she has been able to buy another vehicle from VIP Auto Sales? She replied, yes, and I am trying to obtain my paperwork from the dealership because I paid off my Honda Odyssey Van that I bought from them. I asked her who sold it to her and she said [redacted] So, I then told her I will call her back. Then I called to the VIP Auto Sales dealership to speak with the manager and said I was able to get in contact with the primary buyer [redacted] She said she purchase a vehicle from your dealership. I asked him, """how is that possible, if she had an unpaid balance with your dealership and an expire Driver License with no social security card?"""Did you go after her for payment before me? "could I have proof sent to my email please?" The manager said that their dealership was a buy pay here, so everyone is approved for purchase. That he will have their collection agency give me a call because he couldn't give me their phone number. I said no further. [redacted] the collection manager called the same day Jan. 23, 2014 and asked for my email address to send and have a sign debt settlement agreement to pay off the account to $1,500. She sent the email on Jan. 24, 2014 and in that email she said these words ""I am attaching the debt settlement agreement that was agreed to. If you are unable to have this form notarized, you may disregard that. Please sign and fax back to XXX-XXX-XXXX, attention [redacted] This agreement will be attached to your contract. A paperwork that had required to be notarized and telling me to disregard it, brought up some questions. So, replied through via email on Jan. 24, 2014, " I would like a copy of the contract sent to me please? She did sent it on Jan. 29, 2014. There were parts of the contract cut off or scratch off and there was no date placed next to the signatures. I had my doubts. So, I then, I replied on Jan. 29, 2014 asking that, "I need proof of what the original $4000 was for? and where I signed for that penalty at? Also proof of where and when they tried to collect from the primary borrower and if you got nothing from her why? and how was she able to purchase another car from the dealership? On Feb. 3, 2014 she replied with an attachment of a letter that the dealership tried to collect a debt. The letter date stated 7/10/2010, waited a year after it was returned in 2009. She included another attachment to the same email of a certified mail letter that was sent 7/28/2010 to a PO BOX, that I no longer had. I haven't replied to that last email Feb. 3,2014 because she nor anyone in that dealership wants to send me any proof that they went after the primary buyer and I have tried to see if this can be looked at further. I contacted the primary buyer [redacted] to ask her if she has gotten back to the dealer to get her paperwork and she said yes. [redacted] also mentioned that the manager in that dealership told her that she had a debt to pay but in a giggling manner. Desired SettlementI would like a proof of letter and a certification letter that they tried to collect the debt from [redacted] the primary buyer in 2010? An explanation on why she was able to purchase another vehicle while this debt was owed and went after me. Even during the time that she was making payments on her new purchased vehicle. I want to know why they waited till July 2010, after the vehicle was returned in 2009? I want proof on how they come up with the $4,000 that the primary buyer owes? Business Response VIP Auto Sales did sell Ms. [redacted] a vehicle in 2009. Unfortunately, VIP Auto Sales closed in February 2014. I work for [redacted] which now services the remaining active loans that were owned by VIP Auto Sales at the time of the close. The reason that Ms. [redacted] is speaking with us is because the phone numbers and mail from the closed VIP Auto Sales is being forwarded to [redacted] and [redacted] are the parties listed in the complaint and they have nothing to do with the complaint. Please remove their names. They are trying to help Ms. [redacted] fix her problem. Getting information from five year old VIP loans is very time consuming and difficult but we have tried. [redacted] can and will submit, on behalf of VIP Auto Sales, a request to [redacted] to have to information removed from her credit bureau so that the customer primary concern will be taking care. Typically these process takes about 60 days before it will no longer show on her credit bureau.
