This is to inform you that VIP Auto Spa has agreed to supply new tires that I requested to be installed on my original Honda rims at a cost of $This price will be deducted from the original price of $2, for the rims and tires in question and the difference of $1, to be refunded back to my credit card As of today 2/10/VIP has installed the new tires I ordered on my original Honda Ridgeline rims and the shacking and vibration has gone awayPer our agreement dated today 2/10/they will refund the difference in 20days after I have notified the Revdex.com that I am fully satisfied with this transaction.I am fully satisfied with this agreement and VIP Auto Spa has installed my new tires on my existing Honda Rims Based on this I would like VIP Auto Spa to issue the refund of $1,back to my credit card and this matter will be closed

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because the day we bought the car halfway home the engine light came on so the next day we brought it to emissions in ri and it failed we didn't have the safety check done because it had tinted windows that needed to come off we were going to work on the safety issues and take care of that and assumed the reason it didn't pass was because of a gas cap issue so we continued to try working on the safety issues in the meantime bought a new gas cap a week later after we got the tinted windows off and tires and the headlight fixed so we could get it through the safety check then we brought it to be inspected again with the new gas cap because we thought that was the problem because that's what the code was and it didn't pass emissions again the ri emissions tests are the same as ct except for the safety test which we weren't worried about the safety part just the emissions part because we could fix those issues not to mention the guy offered to take the car back and we thought I was a small problem and after a month or two of working on it it still hasn't passed emissions and that's when we started calking them and they wanted nothing to do with it [redacted] in pawcatuck ct tried to get it through emissions and it failed again there no way it passed emissions in ct if u need to speak to someone from [redacted] pawcatuvk ct call Jon at [redacted] which is an accredited car dealership Sincerely, [redacted]

to be refunded back to my credit card.  As of today 2/10/2018 VIP has installed the new tires I ordered on my original Honda Ridgeline rims and the shacking and vibration has gone away.
