I am rejecting this response because: The fact is I followed PWI's contract to cancel the warranty and get a full refund from the dealerNothing about the warranty was specified in the trade in of the vehicle (see paperwork)This dealer has refused to refund the amount owed on the refund of the warrantyAs long as this complaint is recorded and is made open to the public, I hope that no one does any business with the DealerI will have to live with the fact that this dealer raped me for $10,for a car that's ultimately not worth that and NO WARRANTYand feels no remorse for his actionsThank you, Thank you, Thank you It's a shame that there is no protection for consumers from anywhere

delivery, the vehfcle was serviced at North Park Mazda for an air bag recall. No other issues were observed at that time.At the time of engine failure, it was observed that the engine oil level may not have been maintained by the owner (possibly causlng the damage and faJJure of the engine). See attached Inspection report.The dealer was sympathetic to the young buyer and agreed in good faith to refund 100% of purchase price and all fees towards another vehicle of buyer's choice. Buyer selected a 2008 Honda CRV (and had the vehlcle mechanicalty inspected). See attached.The purchase and trade In of the 200B Honda CRV replacing the 2008 Mazda a7 occurred on June 21,2017.The buyer now claims she notified the dealer in writing of her desire to cancel the PWI extended warranty on or before the 30 day provision (n the warranty contract. However, the buyer never discussed such desire at the time of negotlation of the trade-in or delivery of the replacement vehicle. To the contrary, the dealer agreed to accept tbe unresolved warranty claim status on the Mazda trade-fn.The dealer was lead to believe the warranty on the Mazda was in full effect and ony agreed to accept Mazda tn non-running condition free of claims end wtth full warranty in effect (not withstanding PWl's final determination of paying claim or rejecting claim). As additional evidence, see email dated July 3, 2017 from buyer stating "I'm happy for you to keep the warranty but I'm not paying for it." This statement demonstrates that the buyer contfnucd to conduct herself by her actions and representations demonstrating buyers conduct that no notice had been gwen regarding desire to cancel said warranty.Preferred Warranties made a determination on Juno 30, 2017 that they were rejecting the clBIm due. The buyer also fails to state that she failed to deliver the trade-in to the dealer and she failed to pay diagnostic charges that encumbered the vehicle. Both items remain open Issues In dispute between buyer and dealer. See attached letter dated August 8, 2017.Thank you,
