initially had a problem with the car and drove it into our facility she stated that the car was over heating and was driving the car without any antifreezeWe advised her that the water pump , timing belt and thermostat needed to be replaced and system need to be flushed cleanAs advised we replaced all items and flushed the system at the cost of $After a few days she stated the car was running roughAfter diagnosing the car we advised her that the Camshaft and Crank position sensor needed to be replacedCost for this was $each totaling $At no time was there any problem with the transmission or a hoseAnd we did not touch or do any work with itAs *** *** never complained about itWe guarantee any work we have done and she was provided with a receipt for all the workIf there is any question or concerns with our work she is more then welcome to bring the car back to usPlease contact us if any further questions or concerns

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[The business is lying. He gave me a receipt after I came back to complain that my car was still having problems and they over charged me He gave me a receipt with something else than he told me. When I first came in and he told me the belt, needed to be repaired but he wasn't talking about the timing belt. the car was lifted and he showed me the belt under the car. The timing belt is not located under the car, it is located near the engine. Also, if the timing belt was the issue, the car wouldn't start and my car had no issues starting so that obviously was not the problem. He is not being honest for sake of over charging me. He wanted me to keep coming back to keep charging me like he did because I a young woman that he thought he could get over on. He supposedly checked everything twice but the check engine light still kept coming on and he supposedly didn't notice the issues with the transmission when I told him the car has issues accelerating. ]
