I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The bottom line is that customer service is very poor We DID NOT receive a call informing us of a timeframe It appears that the business owner likes to make excuses and blame other things for lack of good quality serviceThe blame lies with that business no matter what the scenario Suggestions: When an order comes in and it is busy, advise the customer that there are x number of orders ahead of themGive an estimated timeframe No matter what the circumstances, you are providing a service Communication is key Good customer service means going above an beyond to make sure that customers receive quality serviceIf there is a delay on your part, offer the customer something: a small discount, extra order of fries, etc This keeps the customer happy and makes them think that you care about your service and their satisfaction Regards, [redacted]

On the day of the first complaint there were two motor vehicle accidents that caused traffic to be blocked for a long period of time..which resulted in our delivery driver been stuck in the line of trafficDue to circumstances out of our control our drivers were behindAs traffic started clearing
we got our drivers out as soon possibleAll customers who had placed an order were informed of this and that they could pick up there food within minutesWe have apologize sincerely for this to our customersThese circumstances were out of our controlAs for the other incident spoken aboutA family member of complait called in a otherThere had been a winter storm of ice and snow that day that caused deliveries to be slowYet again these issues are out of our control. Thank you *** ***
