To whom this may concern: On theth I was called to the home of *** ***She ask me to grind Four large stumps for I agreed and she wrote me a check for and said that would I level some of the Debris .At that time I said that to do that it was another she said maybe
she could get her neighbor to remove the debris.After checking with the neighbor he said let me do it.So I told her that I would get the biggest part of the debris up but she would have to clean up the rest she agreed and gave me the check.The next day I came and grounded stumps On the I came and removed tractor buckets of debris and explained that my insurance would not let me leave holes in a heavey lived area that she would have to do the rest of clean up herself to which she agreed.As I was leaving the job I passed her coming home at this time she had not even been home to see the job and the day befor had had some one else come over to work in this same area.So anyway she turned around anf followed me to another place of business and demanded refound.At this time I ask her to step away from my truck I needed to go.At that time she said u want *** me any more big boy

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
First of all this is Not correct the gentleman said he would do my stumps and remove the debris for 450 He came on Friday and half way grinded up the stumps  And said he would come-back Monday and get the debris up I called him that night Friday night and said what about the roots to the tree you did not grind them up and he said he would get them.  I was working Monday and 2 of my neighbors watched him And one neighbor called me and said the guy on the tractor was taken his bucket spreading the mulch out He also said he took a couple buckets down in the field he wanted me to know The guy was only spreading mulch  Number two I went by and looked at it And went back up the road And saw the guys truck at [redacted] And stop there When the guy came out I asked him was he going to go back-to the job and make it correct I was very unhappy with the job  He told me to step away from his vehicle And get someone else I told him he needed to re fund some of my money Then he left .I tried calling him no response. There was no refund me back .And I did get someone else to correct my job .--The Gentleman that corrected my job said he didnt do you right. I do not recommend him to anyone.And also doing the stumps He didn't even get all the stump. And One more thing there was never a discussion about holes in the ground or insurance reasons Ever discussed Or someone else getting up debris .This guy is very unreal
